Midnight for Charlie Bone, by Jenny Nimm

Midnight for Charlie Bone sent shivers up my spine. You won’t stop reading for hours on end. If you like adventure and mystery, then this is the book for you!
A box comes into Charlie's possession and all he knows is that its contents were swapped for a baby girl named Emma, after her mother died. Now Charlie is on a mission and all he wants is to find the missing girl, who is now ten and has no idea who she is, and reunite her with her dear aunt.
This book is good for ages 9 and up. Unless you are a very exceptional reader, in which case you can read it at the age of 7 or 8. Adults can read it too but they won’t like it as well as kids do.
Midnight for Charlie Bone is very reasonably priced, compared to other books from Scholastic Inc, and of the same genre, which cost anywhere from $6.99 to $20.00. At $4.99 this book is a steal!
