Plan to stop by the library during Steele’s annual Scholastic Book Fair being held on parent/teacher conference days–where your book purchases help grow the school’s own collection. The books you bought at last year’s fair provided more than $4,500 in new Scholastic books for Steele! Start your holiday shopping during this Pirate-inspired event and support our school library! Look for flyers being sent home with students for a preview. You can also make your purchases online starting October 26.
Volunteers are needed to help set up the Book Fair between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31st. Cashiers are needed before school, at lunch, after school and evenings during the fair (Nov. 1-3).
