To Steele Parents and Guardians:
As we begin the 2020-2021 school year, there have been many questions and concerns expressed about the importance of meeting the social-emotional needs of our students at this time. The current pandemic and our switch to remote learning has changed our lives in many different ways and has changed the world our kids know. As part of our response to these changes, the Steele Whole Child Team has some exciting news regarding our plan to identify and support social-emotional needs at Steele, and we will be asking for parent collaboration to kick off a new social-emotional screening process this fall. To read more about this screening process that will take place for Steele students between September 14th-18th and how your child can participate in it, please read this Letter from Dr. Liz.
Thank you for your support of our students!
