We are so proud of the excellent work your child is producing that we would like to
“Staple it to the World!” Besides sharing it with his or her classmates, and stapling it to the wall inside or outside our classroom, we are proposing to publish the attached work as a web page on our school website, http://steele.dpsk12.org. We feel this is an excellent way for us to empower students to share their best work with friends and family who may not live close by. Additionally, we feel it is a great way to show the broader community a variety of examples of the best work our students are producing. We are asking your permission to proceed.
Please read the attached page carefully. Let us know if you will require any changes before granting your permission. Please give special consideration to your child’s name. As a school policy, we will not publish both a child’s first and last name. Below, please initial your choice of a form you approve for identifying the author and/or artist. (“by Anonymous” is also an option):
